The law regarding the use of seat belts has been published in the Royal Gazette.

Starting in November 2023, taxi drivers are obligated to remind passengers to fasten their seat belts. All passengers, without exception, must be securely fastened.


- Passengers must sit in specially designated seats for this type of vehicle.

- The number of passengers should not exceed the number of available seats in the vehicle.

- Passengers are prohibited from sitting on any additional equipment; only seats are specifically allowed.

- Standing in any part of the vehicle while it's in motion is prohibited. Extending any part of the body outside the vehicle is not allowed.
